On the ground floor there is a luxurious, quiet and spacious apartment, ideal for comfortable accommodation for up to 4 guests, with the option to increase the capacity to 6 guests.

The apartment is laid out as a two-bedroom unit:

• main bedroom with a double bed (180 cm),

• second sleeping area in the living room with a bed (160 cm),

• sofa bed as an extra bed for 2 additional guests.

For families with children, the following are also available:

• baby cot,

• high chair.

The apartment includes:

• two separate sleeping areas,

• living room connected to the kitchen,

• bathroom with washing machine,

• loggia with a view of the park.

The total area of the apartment is 67 m² + loggia 10 m².

Living area and kitchen

The living area is equipped with:

• dining table,

• fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob,

• microwave oven,

• fridge with freezer (can be stocked as a minibar – soft drinks/alcoholic drinks on request),

• electric kettle,

• dishwasher,

• sofa bed.

Spices and basic cooking ingredients can be provided on request so that the stay can be enjoyed without unnecessary worries.

Tailor-made comfort

Upon request, the apartment can be prepared with:

• dinner ready on arrival,

• favourite cake,

• fridge stocked according to individual preferences.

It is only necessary to give advance notice – everything else will be taken care of.

The apartment includes a spacious loggia offering views of the surrounding park, ideal for enjoying peaceful moments of relaxation.
