On the ground floor, there is a luxurious, quiet, and spacious apartment, ideal for comfortable accommodation for up to 4 guests, with the option to extend the capacity to 6 guests.

The apartment is designed as a two-bedroom unit and includes:

• a main bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm),

• a second sleeping area in the living room with a double bed (160 cm),

• a sofa bed serving as an extra bed for two additional guests.

For families with children, the apartment also offers:

• a baby cot,

• a high chair.
